Refunds
Refunds will only be granted upon receiving a valid return. Refunds are not granted in the case of buyer's negligence or mishandling of the product. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your items, please contact us at nekoroyale@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or other penalty. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and prefer to come to an amicable agreement in the case of any dissatisfaction.
Returns
Returns will be granted on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a return, a shipping label will be sent to you. A return request must be sent within 5 business days of buyer's receipt. Details of the return (refund, replacement, etc.) will be negotiated at the time of the return.
Forced returns are not accepted and will be ignored. In the case of unclaimed items that are returned to me, buyers are responsible to contact Neko Royale and pay for return shipping costs.
