Completely hand made by my mother, each stitch is hand sewn with care.
The ribbon on the back is satin and very long to fit a large variety of sizes, it's so long it can even fit with a mask and wig!
They are made with a soft delicate felt that is gentle on the eyes, and a sturdy lace that holds it's shape.
Cleaning instructions:
Do not submerge in water to clean, use a makeup wipe or damp soapy cloth and rub gently in circles until the stain is removed

Refunds
Refunds will only be granted upon receiving a valid return. Refunds are not granted in the case of buyer's negligence or mishandling of the product. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your items, please contact us at nekoroyale@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or other penalty. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and prefer to come to an amicable agreement in the case of any dissatisfaction.
Returns
Returns will be granted on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a return, a shipping label will be sent to you. A return request must be sent within 5 business days of buyer's receipt. Details of the return (refund, replacement, etc.) will be negotiated at the time of the return.
Forced returns are not accepted and will be ignored. In the case of unclaimed items that are returned to me, buyers are responsible to contact Neko Royale and pay for return shipping costs.
